About TES
Technical Entry Scheme — No Written Exam
Technical Entry Scheme is a prestigious direct officer entry into the Indian Army for PCM students. There is no written examination — your 12th board score and SSB performance determine your selection.
Selected candidates undergo 5 years of training including a B.Tech degree at Army Cadet College (IMA) and are commissioned as officers in Technical Corps of the Indian Army.
TES Eligibility
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM)
- Minimum PCM percentage as per notification
- JEE Main eligibility criteria as applicable
- Indian Male Citizen
- Age as per official TES notification
